It’s about reconnecting with nature, with your surroundings and your intuitions to bring about wellbeing. It’s about stopping to listen to what your body is saying rather than masking the symptoms with a pill. As a registered pharmacist, I’ve seen what happens when people become over-reliant on prescription medicines and so I help empower people in self-care bringing together mindfulness, yoga, nutrition and all things botanicals. And how do we do that? Through blogs, workshops, walks and above all conversations.
